Doctors of chiropractic look to the spine and other joints of the body for areas of dysfunction. These areas can create pain, inflammation, and lack of mobility which can disturb proper nervous system function. Once the cause of dysfunction is identified by your doctor, he or she will then determine if you are a candidate to undergo chiropractic care. A clear and detailed conversation will be had to ensure that you fully understand the treatment plan that was created specially for you. The doctor will then deliver specific adjustments tailored for your particular body type and situation. Please be sure to talk with your chiropractor so that they may answer any questions you may have.
